About The Presenter Dr. Barry Boehm has 30 years of international experience in software systems - specializing in cost/schedule estimating. He is the Director of the Information Sciences and Technology Office, Defense Advanced Research Project Agency. Dr. Boehm developed the COCOMO model at TRW, where he managed the Ada Office and Quantum Leap Program.
